Company Background & brief

Julia Lloyd George Jewellery is known for its handcrafted, high-end designs, blending timeless elegance with contemporary craftsmanship. The brand needed a refreshed digital experience that better reflected its identity while improving usability for customers exploring collections online.

Changes included:

  • Optimised the mobile experience for the 47.6% of users on mobile by refining layout, touch targets, and readability.

  • Redesigned the product filter system to be more intuitive, functional, and mobile-friendly.

  • Streamlined the checkout flow to address a low 17.8% conversion rate by simplifying steps, improving call-to-action clarity and integrating Apple Pay.

  • Designed and launched a new Studio & Workshop page to highlight Julia’s new shop and her craftsmanship.
